The 00-12 is designed for optimal tone by placing the bridge in the center of the guitar, so if access beyond the twelfth fret is not necessary this would be a fitting option.The design creates a beautifully open and ambient voice that inspires a player to notice the nuances in between notes. Compared to the 00-14, the tone of the 00-12 is less compressed.
