BL-1

 The BL-1 is where my guitar making dream all started, and after 21 years I have finally come full circle. Many of my first instruments were inspired by this uniquely shaped guitar but they always strayed further from the original concept than I had realized.

I had the great privelege of inheriting some very beautiful and old Honduran Mahogany, which was an odd size. In an attempt to maximize its use in a small body guitar I found that I could get a top and back out of a single set of this beautiful wood with a L-1 template. So here we are.

This size and shape are an erognomic dream. Reimagined with a 14 fret to body design and an elegant but simple bar style bridge. This little beauty has depth far beyond expectation. Supurbly articulate and inspiring, this will undoubtedly be your go-to small body guitar.
